Building across Sonoma County.
Soulié Construction works across the full county — and selectively into Napa and Marin. Pick your city for local project history, permitting notes, and what we build most there.
Central County
Santa Rosa
Santa Rosa is our home market — the Sonoma County seat and the largest single market we build in. We work across the entire city, from older Bennett Valley craftsman homes to the rebuilt neighborhoods north of Hwy 12, from Fountaingrove estates to Rincon Valley ranch homes.
Rohnert Park
Rohnert Park is a planned-community city — most of its housing stock dates from the 1970s and 1980s, with consistent neighborhood architecture and predictable lot sizes. That predictability is actually an advantage for remodel work.
Cotati
Cotati is a small, tight-knit community just south of Rohnert Park. Smaller lots, older homes, and a downtown that's walking-scale. The work we do here is mostly deck rebuilds, kitchen remodels, and modest additions.
North County
Healdsburg
Healdsburg is wine country at its most picture-perfect — and the homes we build for tend to match that standard. Hilltop vineyard estates with views down Alexander Valley. Plaza-adjacent craftsman renovations. Dry Creek ranches with outdoor kitchens that see real entertaining traffic.
Windsor
Windsor is one of the fastest-growing markets in Sonoma County. Larger, newer family homes — many built in the late 1990s and 2000s — that are now hitting the remodel age. Kitchens are getting reworked, decks are getting rebuilt, and primary suites are getting added.
West County
Sebastopol
Sebastopol is one of our favorite markets — small lot sizes, big architectural ambition. Old apple orchards turned modern homesteads, redwoods on the property line, the kind of homeowner who knows the difference between clear redwood and grade-A. We build for them often.
Forestville
Forestville sits in the redwoods just outside Sebastopol — a smaller community with a strong personality and a lot of homes tucked into hillside lots, river-adjacent properties, and forested parcels.
Adjacent Counties
Napa
Napa is its own county and its own market — wine-country adjacent, premium-finish oriented, and home to some of the most architecturally ambitious residential work in the Bay Area. We accept Napa projects on a selective basis.
Marin
Marin is a premium residential market with some of the highest-end outdoor living and deck construction work in the Bay Area. We accept Marin projects selectively — typically larger-scope custom deck, outdoor living, or remodel projects.
